V-Force™ Separator Applications
- Remove settleable solids with specific gravity of 1.7 or greater.
- River water filtration – Use as primary filtration system, or protect existing filtration system from upsets.
- Heat exchanger protection – prevent fouling and scale, improve heat transfer, reduce energy costs.
- Pump mechanical seal protection – reduce replacement frequency.
- Cooling tower clean-up – reduce tower maintenance costs, protect equipment, improve water quality.
- Cartridge and bag filter protection – decrease the solids load to a fine filter and reduce maintenance costs, filter element replacement costs, and potentially use a finer filter screen.
- Reduce load to backwashing filter – reduce maintenance and quantity of backwash water.
- Shower water clean-up - Reduce load to existing manual clean in-line filter.
