Multi-Zone Centrifugal Continuous Screening
ADS family
The ADS double screen combines hole pre-screening and slot fine screening. The ADS FINER VERSION also features an additional de-flaking function. The ADS F VERSION allows fractionation to take place immediately after the Pulper.
Applications
- medium consistency slot screening of coated broke
- medium consistency slot screening of OCC or mixed waste
- fractionation immediately after the Pulper with a flake-free long fibre fraction

MZ family
The MZ is an intermediate screen between the conventional screen and the ID2 and ID3 screens. The MZ uses the Ultra V mechanical base and includes several screening zones. This allows to decrease the fractionation effect, the thickening factor and thus to increase the accept consistency.
