Roll Scrubber
The roll scrubber is designed to address the build up of contaminates on steel rolls. These contaminates can increase the RA values of the roll, which can have an adverse effects on high quality paper parameters such as gloss, and smoothness. Once contaminated, rolls must be ground to bring them back to the optimum RA values.

The roll scrubber is designed for continuous use with uniform pressure over the entire roll face. Each unit is custom designed for each roll application. After installation and positioning, no manual adjustment is needed. The cleaning pad is pivoted onto the roll with airbags that act to cushion the unit. Oscillation enhances the cleaning effect.
