ProCrepe
The patented ProCrepe doctor blade is a long-life creping blade that has proven to give outstanding results through its performance and efficiency. Perfect for today's high speed tissue machines, the ProCrepe blade is safer for the Yankee dryer and has three to five times the life of traditional steel blades. The blades give operators a 10% improvement in sheet quality and 80% reduction in dust. Trials have shown that the ProCrepe blade is as safe as steel and is much safer than abrasive ceramic blades. ProCrepe provides a more uniform sheet, enhances both bulk and softness.
